 ½ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp lemon juice
 1 tbsp olive oil1 tablespoon dried onion -- minced
 1 tsp No-Salt
 5 pounds leg of lamb -- (5 to 6)

How to Prepare:

Combine all ingredients except lamb.

Rub mixture over outside of the lamb.

Place leg, fat side up, on a rack in a shallow pan.
